[ Covid 19 specific ] Pre-recorded/narrated – Supporting your Mental Health in today’s challenging environment – for all company employees.

This course consists of 3 x 45 minute sessions on mental health issues experienced due to Covid 19 – stress, anxiety and depression, as well as adjusting to working at home. In part 3 we include a session with an experienced therapist/coach to provide techniques and coping strategies for dealing with mental health problems. Included with the Mental Health Awareness 3.5 hour course.

The Flexible Workforce Development Fund is available to all Scottish employers, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The Fund supports businesses in Scotland to up-skill and re-skill their employees to support inclusive economic growth in Scotland.

As an employer you can use it to address priority skills gaps and get training tailored to your needs. Funding ranges from £5000 – £15000 and can be applied for directly through Skills Development Scotland (SDS) for any of our courses. Training courses for people working with children and young people

Our Behaviour Management Package for providers in early years will upskill the staff to give them confidence to work with children who have additional support needs. Its main focus is on a consistent approach and “inclusive for all” practice in an environment that offers everyone a stress free nurtured and sensory experience.
