[ Covid 19 specific ] Pre-recorded/narrated – Supporting your Mental Health in today’s challenging environment – for all company employees.

This course consists of 3 x 45 minute sessions on mental health issues experienced due to Covid 19 – stress, anxiety and depression, as well as adjusting to working at home. In part 3 we include a session with an experienced therapist/coach to provide techniques and coping strategies for dealing with mental health problems. Included with the Mental Health Awareness 3.5 hour course.

The Fund supports businesses in Scotland to up-skill and re-skill their employees to support inclusive economic growth in Scotland.

Our Behaviour Management Package for providers in early years will upskill the staff to give them confidence to work with children who have additional support needs.
